Marti Hines is an event producer, entrepreneur and
film producer and director.

MARTI HINES began her career in the film industry as an event producer with the Sundance Film Festival, Tribeca Film Festival, Film de Cannes, and Sir Sidney Poitier's 90th Birthday Tribute. Over the past 15 years Marti Hines has positioned herself has a standout independent event producer for filmmakers, celebrities, and politicians.

As an entertainment industry executive, Marti co-founded WanderLuxxe, the premier luxury film festival concierge service in 2016. The brand first made waves at the 2017 Sundance Film Festival sparking immediate interest to the global elite attendees. Based on years of experience attending film, music and arts festivals, as both patron, staff members, producers and event planners, entertainment industry notables partnered together to create this new one-of-a-kind experience.

In 2020 Marti Hines branched out and founded Merit Haven, overseeing and curating Front of House experiences for the global brand Tribeca Film, curating strategic partnerships with the focus on promoting voices of women of color in the arena of film and entertainment.

In the area of film, Hines gained her first producer role with the short film Stages which premiered at the 2015 Palm Springs Film Festival. Later that year she co-founded the production company Dique Pic Productions which focuses solely on content created by women of color. In 2016 she produced on her directorial debut the feature film die Expats, which found its home with Amazon Prime. Her sophomore project Paper Friends, another strong ensemble piece was filmed the summer of 2018 in NYC and currently airs in rotation on BETHer. Ms. Hines is currently in pre-production on her third feature, Mimi & Josie, which is set to film in late 2023.
